1) Order Placement

A: Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.
 

A: Signing up for a Korikart account will give you substantial benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping. 
You can: 

  • Track all past and present orders at any time in one place 
  • Rate and review products and earn reward points 
  • Never fill in your address and payment details more than once
  • Accumulate Reward Points and receive discounts on future purchases

Answer:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the existing order. However, you can remove any product before the order has been packed & shipped. For that, please contact us at 7428335888 or email us at support@korikart.com
  • You will get an option to cancel an item under the 'Orders' section in your Korikart account. (If your order has been not dispatched)

A: In case you see a price difference for the same product it is possible that a new stock has been provided by the brand which is at a different price than the previous stock. 
Additionally, it is possible that brand may have provided an offer on their new stock leading to a price difference.

2) Shipping and Delivery Policies

A: We regret to inform you that Korikart currently operates exclusively online and does not have any physical stores.
 

A: We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days and usually it takes 3-5 working days to deliver the items.
 

A: The delivery charge of INR 40 is nothing but the shipping fee. This is to cover our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered at your doorstep in the best and safest way possible.

A: Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. Once they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you as soon as possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

3) Authenticity and Genuineness

A: We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items directly from brands and authorized distributors or resellers of the products but cannot undertake the responsibility for the claims on warranty and benefits made by the manufacturer.

4) Korikart Membership

A: To qualify for the Silver membership level, a customer must place at least 10 orders and have been a member for 6 months. Silver members receive a 5% discount on every product, but they do not get free shipping.

A: Gold membership requires at least 15 orders. Gold members, who have been members for at least 9 months, receive a 7% discount on every product and also benefit from free shipping.

A: Premium members receive a 10% discount on every product and also enjoy free shipping.

A: To qualify for Premium membership, a customer needs to place 20 orders and must have been a member for 12 months.
 

5) Gift Wrap

A: We only allow prepaid payments for gift wrap orders.
